Job Description:

• Prepare key analysis for Engine Room Program  to determine priority area for analysis and determine types of new analysis required to understand and drive commercial improvement
• Manage two  Engine Rooms comprising of up to  300 LGAs
• Advise on budget allocation and monitor budget spend on regional Engine Room initiatives in line with approved plans
• Ensure maximum impact of spend through accurate monitoring and computation of Return of Investment (ROI) from the Engine Room Program initiatives
• Ensure incremental revenue growth in LGAs undergoing Engine Room Program initiatives
• Utilise Engine Room Analytics to develop and propose recommendations on solutions to drive revenue generation in consultation with other key stakeholders
• Manage the dashboard tool, field surveys, initiative tracker tool and create new tools as required
• Follow up on initiative progress, coordinate collaboration across the organization (e.g. Network Group, Information Systems, Sales & Distribution) to ensure impact on business results
• Regular consultation and follow up with Engine Room Program leaders and Customer Consultant leads to ensure execution of agreed actions and initiatives
• Proactive identification, mitigation and escalation where required of challenges facing the Engine Room Program implementation
• Follow up with the Regional Engine Room Program head to ensure the Engine Room Program meetings are scheduled and are held
• Review and evaluate the weekly Engine Room Program dashboards as preparation for the Regional Engine Room Programs
• Discuss dashboard results with the Engine Room Program leader and Customer Consultants (CC) leads upfront of the Engine Room Program meetings
• Assist Engine Room Program leaders to escalate issues or requests and liaise with Head Quarters (HQ) functions for quick resolution
• Support escalation from Engine Room Program leaders to the National Engine Room Program
• Follow up and debottleneck Regional Engine Room Program initiatives that requires support from HQ (to ensure quick progress)
• Ensure timely resolutions of escalated issues or requests

Job Conditions: Normal MTNN working conditions. Drivers license. Regional travel.

Required Skills:

•At least 8 years working experience which includes:

•Experience in sales channel

•Experience in managing and supervising various teams

First degree in Economics, Accountancy, Finance or any other related discipline
