Job Title: Accountants

Position Description:

Apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports by compiling information, preparing profit and loss statements, and utilizing appropriate accounting control procedures

Primary Responsibilities

- Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.

- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.

- Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.

- Analyze and review budgets and expenditures for local, state, federal, and private funding, contracts, and grants.

- Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.

-Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.

- Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control.

- Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.

- Resolve accounting discrepancies.

- Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems.

- Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated financial systems.

- Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.

- Other duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities

Develop the annual operating budget and consult with departmental management on the fiscal aspects of program planning, salary recommendations, and other administrative actions. Provide accounting policy orientation for new staff

Competencies Required:

- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.  Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications.  Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.

- 1-2 years of accounting experience

- Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule

Working Conditions

- Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work may require occasional weekend work

Job Title: Teller

Competencies Required:

- Responsible for cash and customer transactions at the Teller counter.

- Cash Receipts, Deposits & Payments.

- Cash balancing.

- Handling the Banking System

- Handling Non-Cash transactions like DD/MC/TC, Fund transfer etc.

- Register updation on EOD Cash position, Instruments Issued etc

- Must have a minimum of OND with at least 1year working Experience

Job Title: Finance/ Taxation Officers

Work/ Experience

- Candidate must possess at least a Chartered Accountancy in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Job Title: Unskilled Workers

Job Title: Administration & Assistant Managers

Responsibilities

- Maintenance of Branches and ATM's in their region.

- Laisioning with govt and quasi-govt authorities.

- Dealing with vendors / contracts for cleanliness, procurement , bill payments and travel.

- Repairs and maintenance of security system of branches and ATM's with respect to guards, burglary alarms, CC TV.

- Also maintaining safety systems like fire alarm & fire extinguisher.

Competencies Required:

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Art, Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Science in Others, Commerce or equivalent.

- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Graduates with 2- 4 years of experience.

- Good communication skills

- Basic knowledge of administration and security systems.

- Knowledge on labour law will be an added advantage.

- Should be capable to handle co-ordination independently.

- Should be willing to take any additional responsibility as and when assigned.

Job Title: Relationship Managers

Developing and maintaining relationships with MNC clients and large corporates.

The role involves market development / business development with specific targets for business & income generating Candidate must possess 1st degree with 2-3 years of relevant experiences.

Competencies Required:

- Should have good knowledge on various corporate banking, trade and treasury products.

- Should have good credit and analytical skills.

- Should have excellent relationship skills and prior experience in handling corporate customers.

- Should be target oriented and willing to take responsibilities.
