•Prepare audit work programme for assigned audits

•Conduct audit of functional areas in MTNN

•Draft audit reports to be reviewed by Process Audit Manager

•Work closely with other audit team members to complete each audit exercise

•Coordinate the execution of the Company’s Controls Self Assessment Process.

•Provide timely and comprehensive feedback to the Process Audit Manager  on the implementation of assigned engagements

•Investigate deviations and non-compliance to PPPs as may be directed by Process Audit Manager

•Perform special assignment as directed by Process Audit Manager

•Supply relevant decision support and management information data to ensure that sales performance conform to investors’ expectations.

•Ensure full integration of quality management processes within all sales activities for the allocated strategic accounts, ensuring effective deployment on a day-to-day basis

•Learn from examples of success in selling MTN enterprise solutions to one customer and adapt for use with other allocated customers within the horizontal sector

•8 years working experience including:

•Perform commissioning and acceptance tests on new network links

•Perform integration of new satellite links to the existing network

•Ensure provisioning of bandwidth to specifications and maintenance of satellite earth stations

•Ensure traffic cutover to satellite/fibre, SDH backbone links

•Manage and escalate faults on satellite

•Report on the availability of satellite transmission network in line with service level agreements.

•Ensure monthly meetings are held with satellite vendors, which serves as a feedback session

•Raise change requests for all network maintenance jobs

•Ensure access to transmission room is only to authorized personnel

•Ensure international routes availability

•Three (3) years hands-on experience in satellite transmission in telecommunication environment

•Maintain end to end internal data network security.

•Monitor critical nodes, detect faults and escalate appropriately.

•Carry out network statistic analysis\trending of data and report creation – Daily\Weekly\Monthly.

•Performs required maintenance upgrades on Routers, switches, firewall, IPS, Netforensics both HW and SW.

•Troubleshoot Firewall access problems, routing issues, able to use software penetration and vulnerability tools.

•Provides input to system architecture to ensure robust designs and redundancy

•Tracks performance of platform, and performs statistical analysis to improve performance

•Ensures DCN/Network Security Network Availability.
