Manager for its Lagos Office.
Job
description
The
Liner Manager would represent the Company at functions/meetings with official
maritime bodies in or outside of Nigeria
Responsibilities
To
interface with Principals on all issues/levels.
Take
instructions from Principals across all level and ensure company divisions and
personnel complete functions, tasks and reports to the highest standard.
Lead
managing/coaching, setting the Standards/SOP’s / KPI’s.
To
represent the Company at functions/meetings with NPA/SAN or any other official
bodies in or outside of Nigeria.
To
continually enhance the Company/Principals brands with integrity, honesty and
highest compliance standards.
Develop
and grow the volumes and revenues for the Company and Principals
Qualifications
et experience
The
candidate should have minimum of 10 years cognate experience.
Minimum
of a 1st degree is required.
Experience
must be in the shipping industry
Interpersonal
skills
Good
communication skills - Oral & Written
Good
organisational and planning skills
Result-oriented
