Person Profile:

•University degree

•ACA, ACCA

•Good experience

•Very good communication skills

Responsibilities

•Ensure accounting records are maintained.

•periodic financial reports, (i.e. monthly/quarterly/annually).

•monthly staff salary payroll and other related payment.

•Draw up annual budgets and work plans together with other responsible officers of the Organisation.

•Ensure relevant books and records are maintained.

•Ensure that all accounting records are updated promptly.

•Supervise Accounts officers to comply with the internal control systems for all areas of the Organisation's operation.

•Supervise of payments and management of the imprest account.

•Engage in other duties/ special assignments as may be directed.
