Position: IT Admin
Personnel Ref: OG/08
This
role provides administrative/clerical services and Information Technological
support to Bronron Group and other functions as may be assigned.
Key Responsibilities
Manage
information technology and computer systems
Monitor
and maintain technology to ensure maximum access
Ensure
technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software
Supervise
the generator/diesel maintenance, electrical repairs/maintenance
Manage
office supplies and stores
Manage
the activities of pool drivers, officer security guards and janitorial/cleaning
staff
Complies
with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures and processes along
with possible solutions.
Office
expense: water, electricity, logistic support for all staff
Perform
other related duties as required by line manager
Skills and
Qualifications
First
degree in computer science
Knowledge
in computer networks
Knowledge
in network administration and installation
Email
and internet programs
At
least 2 years experience as admin personnel
Good
knowledge of logistics management
Strong
negotiating skills
Demonstrate
analytical and problem solving skills
Decision
making skills
