Roles and responsibilities
Responsible for general HR activities and plays a significant role in tracking HR performance against business objectives.
Skill set
Good university degree (minimum of second class lower) in Social Sciences/Masters in HR or MILR would be an added advantage
Professionally qualified human resource practitioner or ongoing certification exams
Sound knowledge and hands on experience of the implementation of generalist HR tasks – Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Compensation/Benefits, Performance Management and Employee Relations/Communications
Good knowledge and usage of business tools for data reporting, and for measuring and tracking HR performance
Sound expertise in designing and implementing surveys
Strong problem solving skills, analytical abilities and capacity to design and implement people solutions.
Excellent business writing skills and able to demonstrate experience in policy writing and communication strategies
Work experience 3-4years
